The terms you accept by using these tools.
What this service is
PDF Tool Desk provides tools that process PDF files you upload. Every tool is free to use in full, with or without an account, and there are no paid tiers. The service is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind, and you use it at your own risk.
Your files are your responsibility
You must have the right to upload and process any file you submit. Do not use these tools to remove protection from documents you are not authorised to open, or to process material you have no right to.
Keep your own copies
Files are deleted automatically after 2 hours, and this service is not a storage or backup product. Some operations — redaction in particular — are deliberately irreversible. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose before you process it.
Limits
Uploads are limited to 100 MB per file, and requests are rate limited per visitor so that no one client can monopolise the service. Very large rendering jobs are refused on the basis of total output size. These limits exist to keep the service available to everyone and may change.
No liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of this service, including loss of data, loss of a password, or any consequence of an irreversible operation you chose to run.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, circumvent its limits, or use it to process unlawful material. We may withdraw access where these terms are broken.
