Does rotating reduce quality?
No. Rotation sets a page attribute; nothing is re-rendered or re-compressed, so the content is bit-for-bit identical.
Can I rotate different pages by different amounts?
Run the tool once per angle, selecting the relevant pages each time. Each run takes the previous result as its input.
What is 270 degrees?
Three quarter-turns clockwise, which is the same as one quarter-turn anticlockwise.
