Questions about PDF to Images
Which format should I choose?
PNG keeps text edges crisp and is the safe default. JPEG is smaller for image-heavy pages. WEBP is usually smallest of all, though a few older tools still cannot open it.
What DPI do I need?
150 DPI is comfortable on screen. Use 300 DPI for print. Very high values produce large files and take noticeably longer.
What does the transparency option do?
It keeps the page background transparent instead of white, which is useful when overlaying a page on another design. It applies to PNG and WEBP; JPEG cannot store transparency.
