Questions about Rearrange Pages
Do I have to list every page?
Yes. The new order must mention each page exactly once, so nothing is silently dropped or duplicated.
Is there an alternative to dragging?
Yes. Every page has move-up and move-down buttons, and you can type the order directly — dragging is never the only option.
Can I reverse the whole document quickly?
Use Reverse Pages instead; it flips the entire order in one step without you listing anything.
